摘  要:橡胶缓冲器是一种承压缓冲装置,通过连接螺栓与承压段金属法兰连接。针对其连接螺栓数量多、拆装耗时长的问题,设计了基于自紧密封技术的橡胶缓冲器连接方案,增加了金属转接段和唇形自紧密封圈,并采用全局寻优方法和密封仿真技术对密封圈结构进行优化,提高其气密性能、减少连接螺栓数量。然后通过等比试验研究,验证了橡胶缓冲器的连接螺栓数量可在满足载荷传递和气密性能的前提下,由60组减少至30组,降低产品拆装耗时。Rubber buffer is a kind of pressure-bearing and buffering devices,connected to steel flange with bolts.Because of numerous bolts,it takes plenty of time to finish the fastening work.In order to reduce the number of bolts,a modified connection method is designed based on self-sealing technology to improve the air sealing effect.To be specific,self-sealing lip seal is fixed between the rubber buffer and the steel flange,and the structure parameters of the seal is optimized with global optimization and simulation computation.With the help of practical sealing experiment,the modified connection method with self-sealing lip seal and half bolts is proved effective.
