摘　　要：为解决石英灯遮挡包围加热下的大型结构外表面或结构内部应变梯度较大等复杂应力区域高温应变场非接触式测量问题,利用数字图像相关方法和单相机三维成像原理,结合热防护系统与光路系统一体化设计,形成能够放置于结构内部的耐高温小型化数字图像相关测试设备,该设备能够对温度不超过1300℃的目标面进行三维变形场及应变场的测量,已用于舱段结构热试验局部蒙皮破坏过程测量中,为飞行器结构破坏分析和模型验证提供依据。In order to investigate the non-contact measurement of thermal strain field in complex stress area such as the outer surface of aerospace structure or large internal strain gradient under quartz lamp heating,using digital imaging correlation method and single-camera stereovision principle,combined with the integrated design of thermal protection system and stereovision system,a miniaturized equipment is developed and used to measure the 3D deformation field and strain field of the target surface with the temperature up to 1300℃.It has been applied in the measurement of local deformation field and strain field for aerospace skin during the aerospace structure failure process under the high temperature.All the above research work would provide a technical support for the analysis of structure failure and model verification of the structure for aircrafts.
