摘 要:针对肼基推进剂质量控制的需要,开发了一种使用阳离子色谱测定肼基推进剂中氨含量的分析方法。对不同浓度甲磺酸淋洗液下铵根离子和肼离子的分离效果进行考察,在5mmol/L甲磺酸淋洗液浓度下铵根离子和肼离子可实现完全分离,分离度为1.90。同时完成分析所需时间较短,铵根离子和肼离子的保留时间分别为9.11min和10.24min。分别对无水肼和单推-3推进剂样品中的氨含量进行分析,测定结果分别为0.016%和0.071%。对于无水肼和单推-3的加标样品,测定其加标回收率在97%~103%,表明该方法具有良好的准确性。相比于现有肼基推进剂氨含量分析手段,该方法具有样品适用性强、操作简单、分析速度快等优势。For quality control of hydrazine-based propellants,a method of determination of ammonia in hydrazine-based propellants by ion chromatography is developed.Separation of ammonium and hydrazinium cations is investigated under different concentration of MSA eluent,and 5mmol/L is selected for both baseline separation(R=1.90).Short analysis time is required,with retention time of 9.11min and 10.24min for ammonium and hydrazinium cations,respectively.Ammonia is determined as 0.016%and 0.071%in anhydrous hydrazine and DT-3,respectively.Recovery of spiked propellant is in the range of 97%-103%,indicating good accuracy of this method.Compared with standard methods,the ion chromatography method developed here has the advantages of wide applicability,simple operation,and rapid analysis.
