摘　　要：针对目前发射场物资存在单发配套带来的管理和运输成本高、供应难度和风险大等问题,通过对近5年发射场物资供应大数据进行分析,研究各类物资供应规律,识别供应难点和风险点,采取相应供应措施,建立发射场物资供应信息共享机制,创建了新一代运载火箭发射场物资供应新模式。进而规范了发射场物资供应流程,提高了需求预测精准度,实现了发射场物资由按需供应向主动供应的重大转变。进一步推进型号、设计、生产、物资一体化协同管理,全面提高航天物资供应效率,有效降低物资管理和采购成本,为后续型号高密度发射提供坚实物资保障。Focusing on the high management and transportation costs,supply difficulties and risks caused by single delivery of shooting materials at present,the big data of shooting material supply in recent five years is analyzed,the rule of various materials supply is studied,the supply difficulties and risks are identified,corresponding supply measures are taken.Meanwhile,the information sharing mechanism of shooting material supply is established,and creating a new shooting material supply mode for a new generation of launch vehicle.Moreover,it is further standardized the material supply process,improving the accuracy of demand forecast,and realizing a significant transformation from on-demand supply to active supply of materials in the shooting range.Ulteriorly,the integrated and collaborative management of model,design,production and materials are promoted,comprehensively improving the efficiency of space material supply,effectively reducing the cost of material management and procurement,and providing solid material support for the follow-up high-density launch of model.
