类门式刚架结构在储备煤工程中的应用

摘  要:介绍了几种常见的封闭式储煤场结构形式,并以中煤平朔安太堡电厂新建储煤场为实际背景,对储煤场结构形式进行了方案对比。分析了空间网壳结构和类门式刚架结构两种结构形式,分析结论认为,门式刚架结构在空间利用率、材料利用率、施工难易度、用钢量等方面较空间网壳结构具有明显优势,能更好地满足项目需要。同时还介绍了类门式刚架在实际项目中的应用,通过计算分析得出类门式刚架结构在水平、竖向荷载作用下的变形特点,提出了储煤场顶部输煤栈桥封闭门刚柱顶位移的计算方法。This paper introduces several common closed coal storage yard structure forms,and compares the structure forms with the actual background of the new coal storage yard of Antaibao Power Plant in Pingshuo,China Coal.This paper analyzes two structural forms of space latticed shell structure and similar gabled frames structure,and concludes that similar gabled frames structure has obvious advantages over space latticed shell structure in terms of space utilization rate,material utilization rate,construction difficulty and steel consumption,and can better meet the needs of the project.At the same time,this paper also introduces the application ofsimilar gabled frames structure in practical projects.Through calculation and analysis,the deformation characteristics of similar gabled frames structure under horizontal and vertical loads are obtained,and the calculation method of the top displacement of the column of the top of the coal storage yard is proposed.This paper provides reference for similar projects in the future.
