摘　　要：园子沟选煤厂煤泥产率偏高、发热量高、煤泥销售价格较低且销路不畅,时常影响选煤厂生产。结合园子沟选煤厂生产工艺和煤泥水处理遇到的问题,提出改造方案。通过技术改造,有效地降低了煤泥的产率和发热量,避免造成资源的浪费,同时降低了药剂消耗,节约了生产成本,提高了企业的经济效益。Thermal coal is the coal product with the largest output in our country.With the development of technical equipment and the promotion ofthe policy of“clean and efficient utilization of coal”,the washing rate of thermal coal has gradually increased.More than ten coal preparation plants with full-grain washing of thermal coal in Shaanxi.But,under the condition of full-grain washing of thermal coal,the difficulties faced by coal slime water treatment are highlighted.This paper discusses and reforms the production process flexibility of Yuanzigou Coal Preparation Plant and the problems encountered in production.It effectively reduces the yield and calorific value of coal slime,avoids the waste of resources,reduces the consumption of chemicals,saves the production cost,and brings huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
