摘  要:山东能源新汶矿业集团中心选煤厂近期受六矿三层原煤煤质变化影响,浮精产率降低明显,且精煤灰分升高。为了降低精煤灰分,提高精煤回收率,对六矿三层浮选入料进行实验室药剂试验。试验药剂分为现场捕收剂和起泡剂,试验捕收剂、起泡剂和浮选调整剂。试验主要包括在用现场药剂及试验药剂浮选单元试验、分步释放试验、浮选调整剂试验及二次精选降灰试验。结果表明:2号捕收剂相比现场捕收剂捕收性更佳,精煤产率可提高10.74个百分点;试验起泡剂相比现场起泡剂可降低精煤灰分3.87个百分点;分步释放试验发现,试验药剂组合比现场药剂组合在合格精煤灰分前提下,精煤产率可提高24.96个百分点;浮选调整剂的加入可提高精煤产率的同时降低精煤灰分;二次精选后精煤灰分可降低至11.40%。试验药剂可以有效降低精煤灰分的同时提高精煤产率,提高浮选效率。Recently,affected by the change of coal quality of three-layer raw coal in No.6 Coal Mine,the floating concentrate yield of Zhongxin Coal Washing Plant decreased significantly,besides,the ash content increased.In order to reduce the ash content of clean coal and improve the recovery rate,laboratory reagent test was carried out on the three-layer flotation of No.6 Mine.The test reagents include in-use chemical collectors and foaming agent,test collectors,foaming agent and flotation regulators.The tests mainly include the flotation unit test of in-use chemical reagents and test reagents,the step-by-step release test,the flotation regulator test and the secondary cleaning ash reduction test.The results showed that 2#collector had better collecting ability than in-use chemical collector,and clean coal yielding rate could be increased by 10.74 percentage points.Compared with in-use chemical foaming agent,test foaming agent can reduce the ash content of clean coal by 3.87 percentage points;step-by-step release test found that under the condition of qualified clean coal ash,the clean coal yield can be increased by 24.96%compared with the in-use chemical reagent combination.The addition of flotation regulator can improve the yield of clean coal and reduce the ash content.After secondary cleaning,the ash content of clean coal can be reduced to 11.40%.Test reagent can effectively reduce the ash content of clean coal and improve the yield of clean coal,which can be used as a field reagent to improve flotation efficiency.
