提高5E-AC8018等温式全自动量热仪点火成功率和实验准确度的研究

摘　　要：在测定煤炭发热量过程中,量仪器的正常点火至关重要,决定着试验的成功和失败及操作人员和仪器的安全。2022年初,由于5E-AC8018等温式全自动量热仪频繁出现点火失败的情况,点火成功率在60%以下,发热量的准确度在93.33%。存在极大的安全隐患,发热量测定无法顺利进行,煤炭发热量数据准确度和及时性受到严重影响。所以对该量热仪点火系统、测温系统、充氧系统进行技术改造和自主维修,解决量热仪点火成功率低、准确度差、安全性差的生产难题,确保对煤炭发热量的安全、准确、及时测定。Through the calorimeter ignition system,temperature measurement system,oxygen system of technical transformation and independent maintenance,solved the calorimeter ignition success rate is low,poor accuracy,poor safety production problem,to ensure the coal calorific safety,accurate,timely determination,for the calorific value target of electric coal preparation plant has practical significance.
