外热式转炉应用于活性炭生产的适宜性分析

摘　　要：炭化工艺是制备活性炭的关键工序,炭化料品质很大程度影响活化时的活性炭孔隙发育和强度等。基于制备活性炭的炭化过程控制理论,将外热式炭化炉的结构和生产工艺与内热式炭化炉进行对比、分析,详述了外热式炭化转炉的优势。将设备优势、活性炭产品行业现状及产品特点相结合,对外热式转炉发展趋势进行了展望。外热式炭化转炉的多料仓设计,极大提升了产能和热效率;并且系统中的焚烧炉将炭化尾气充分燃烧成为热烟气,不仅可以维持炭化炉的热平衡,还可以副产蒸汽。利用外热式炭化炉生产活性炭综合得率和产品质量要优于内热式炭化炉。外热式炭化转炉的大型化和外热式炭活化一体转炉在活性焦的生产领域中推广较有发展前景。外热式转炉在活性炭生产中的广泛应用,有助于提升国内活性炭产品在国际市场的竞争力。China is a major producer of activated carbon.In recent years,the improvement of activated carbon production capacity and quality is closely related to the improvement of equipment.Carbonization process is the key to prepare activated carbon,and the quality of carbonized material greatly affects the activation and pore development and strength in the next step activation process.Based on the theory of carbonization process control of activated carbon about preparation of activated carbon,the structure and production process of external and internal thermal converter were compared and analyzed,and the advantages of external thermal type carbonization converters were detailed.Combining the advantages of the equipment with the production status and product characteristics,the development trend of the external thermal converter is prospected.The results show that the multi-bin design of the external thermal carbonization converter greatly improves the capacity and thermal efficiency;and the incinerator in the system fully burns the carbonization exhaust gas into hot flue gas,which not only maintains the heat balance of the carbonization converter,but also produces steam by-product.The overall yield and product quality of activated carbon produced by external thermal carbonization converter is better than internal heat carbonization converter.The large-scale of external thermal carbonization converter and the promotion of external thermal carbonization&activation integrated converter in the production of reactivated coke have more development prospects.The promotion and application of external thermal converter in activated carbon production will help enhance the competitiveness of domestic activated carbon products in the international market.
