摘 要:多环芳烃是指一类碳氢化合物,含两个或两个以上苯环的芳烃有机物,英文简写为PAHs[1]。多环芳烃是一类强致癌的有机污染物质,对人类和动物可造成不可逆的身体伤害。水质检测多环芳烃的测定按国标要求,一般选用高效液相色谱法。采用高效液相色谱法分析十六种多环芳烃时,最佳的实验条件将会使十六种多环芳烃的分析时间短,峰形态好,各峰之间要分离开。本文通过改变高效液相色谱的梯度洗脱条件、检测器波长、柱温、流速等实验条件,找到高效液相色谱分析十六种多环芳烃的最佳实验条件。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)refer to a class of hydrocarbons,aromatic organic compounds containing two or more benzene rings,abbreviated as PAHs[1].Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are a class of strongly carcinogenic organic pollutants that can cause irreversible physical harm to humans and animals.Water quality testing The determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)follows the requirements of national standards,and generally uses high-performance liquid chromatography.When using high performance liquid chromatography to analyze sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,the optimal experimental conditions will make the analysis time of sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons shorter,the peak morphology better,and the peaks separated.In this paper,the best experimental conditions for analyzing sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by high performance liquid chromatography were found by changing the gradient elution conditions,detector wavelength,column temperature,flow rate,and other experimental conditions.
