摘　　要：辐射环境监督执法是生态环境保护执法工作的重要组成部分,在辐射环境管理中发挥着不可替代的作用,其地位和作用决定了辐射环境监督执法工作的重要性。但是,从我国目前的情况看,辐射环境监督执法工作还存在一些问题和困难。为了提高环境监督执法水平,本文就目前我国辐射环境监督执法工作中存在的问题和对策进行了探讨。Radiation environment supervision and law enforcement is an important part of ecological environment protection law enforcement work,which plays an irreplaceable role in radiation environment management.Its status and role determine the importance of radiation environment supervision and law enforcement work.However,from the current situation in China,there are still some problems and difficulties in the supervision and law enforcement of radiation environment.In order to improve the level of supervision and law enforcement,this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures in the supervision and law enforcement of radiation environment in China.
