摘　　要：贵州省平坝区羊昌河两岸常年遭受洪涝灾害的威胁,需要通过河道的综合治理,改善河段的水生态和水环境,提升当地群众的生活品质。河道治理施工期和运行期均会对地表水环境、地下水环境和水生生态造成一定的影响,本文对羊昌河河道治理工程中产生的水环境影响进行预测并提出保护措施,为羊昌河河道治理工程落实相关环境保护工作提供帮助,助推新农村建设与乡村振兴。The banks of the Yangchang River in Pingba District,Guizhou Province,are threatened by floods all year round,and it is necessary to improve the water ecology and water environment of the river section and improve the quality of life of the local people through comprehensive river regulation.There will be a certain environmental impact on the surface water environment,groundwater environment and aquatic ecology during the construction and operation period of river treatment.This paper predicts the impact of water environment caused by the Yangchang River regulation and puts forward protection measures,which greatly promotes the implementation of environmental protection in the Yangchang River regulation,and promotes the high-quality development of new rural construction,rural revitalization.
