壬酸对入侵克隆植物空心莲子草组培苗生长的影响

摘  要:空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)是苋科莲子草属多年生入侵克隆植物,在添加不同剂量的典型挥发性有机化合物壬酸后,本研究对其组培苗的生长形态和生物量等指标进行了测定。结果表明:壬酸添加处理不仅显著降低了空心莲子草组培苗的分枝率、总茎节数、总叶片数量、总匍匐茎长度等形态指标,而且也显著降低了其叶片生物量、匍匐茎生物量、根及愈伤组织生物量、总生物量等生物量指标。其中,2μL和4μL壬酸添加处理下,空心莲子草组培苗的存活率、叶片生物量和匍匐茎生物量未出现显著下降;但6μL和8μL壬酸添加处理,则显著降低了空心莲子草组培苗的存活率,抑制了其根及愈伤组织的形成。本研究预示:一定剂量的壬酸添加处理会改变入侵克隆植物的形态可塑性,减少其克隆分株的产生,进而有可能降低其入侵危害性。Alternanthera philoxeroides is an invasive clonal herbaceous perennial in Amaranthaceae family.The growth morphology and biomass of tissue culture seedling of the clonal plant were studied by adding different doses of typical volatile organic compound nonanoic acid.The results showed that nonanoic acid treatments not only significantly reduced branch rate,total stem node number,total leaf number,total stolon length,but also significantly reduced leaf biomass,stolon biomass,root and callus biomass,and total biomass.Among them,2μL and 4μL nonanoic acid treatments didn’t significantly reduced survival rates and leaf biomass and stolon biomass of tissue culture seedlings.But 6μL and 8μL nonanoic acid treatments significantly reduced survival rates and inhibited the formation of root and callus of tissue culture seedlings.This study indicated that the addition of nonanoic acid could change the morphological plasticity of clonal invasive plants to a certain extent,reduce the formation of new ramets,and then may decrease their invasion hazards.
