持续气道湿化在气管切开患者中的临床应用效果研究

摘　　要：分析了持续气道湿化在气管切开患者中的临床应用效果。选取2020年1月—2022年12月于昆山市第三人民医院行气管切开术治疗的57例患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组(30例,采用持续气道湿化+常规护理干预)和对照组(27例,采用常规护理干预),对两组患者的并发症发生率(刺激性咳嗽、肺部感染、气道黏膜出血、痰痂)、满意率、不适感评分以及不良心理评分改善进行对比分析。观察组气管切开患者刺激性咳嗽、肺部感染等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),平均不适感评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组气管切开患者不良心理评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,持续气道湿化在气管切开患者中具有良好的应用效果,能有效减轻患者的不适感,提高患者的满意度。Analyzed the clinical application effect of continuous airway humidification in patients undergoing tracheotomy.57 patients who underwent tracheotomy treatment at the Third People’s Hospital of Kunshan from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases,using continuous airway humidification and routine nursing intervention)and a control group(27 cases,using routine nursing intervention).The incidence of complications(irritating cough,pulmonary infection,airway mucosal bleeding,sputum scab),satisfaction rate Compare and analyze the improvement of discomfort scores and adverse psychological scores.The incidence of complications such as irritating cough and pulmonary infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average discomfort score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of adverse psychological scores in patients with tracheotomy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that continuous airway humidification has a good application effect in patients with tracheotomy,which can effectively reduce discomfort and improve patient satisfaction.
