摘　　要：黄连是多年草本类植物,在清热解毒方面的应用有悠久历史。研究发现黄连生物碱的新药效集中表现在抗癌、降血脂、降血糖和改善心肌缺血等方面。整理了近几年黄连的研究成果,对黄连生物碱及其生物活性的研究进展进行综述,为进一步开发和合理利用黄连提供参考。Huanglian is a perennial herbaceous plant with a long history of efficacy in clearing heat and detoxifying.Research has found that the new pharmacological effects of Huanglian alkaloids are concentrated in areas such as anticancer,lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic,and improving myocardial ischemia.The article summarizes the research achievements of Coptis chinensis in recent years,summarizes the research progress of alkaloids and biological activities of Coptis chinensis,and provides reference for further development and rational utilization of Coptis chinensis.
