子宫输卵管通液结合造影诊治不孕症患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：探究了子宫输卵管通液结合造影诊治不孕症患者的应用价值。选取2021年1月—2022年12月不孕症患者40例。应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各20例。参照组应用子宫输卵管通液术,试验组以输卵管通液联合输卵管造影为干预手段。评价2组诊治效果。结果显示,试验组输卵管评估结果比参照组优异,其中试验组通畅、部分不通、完全不通各为6例、8例、6例,占比为30.00%、40.00%、30.00%,参照组对应指标为13例、2例、5例,构成比为65.00%、10.00%、25.00%,统计学价值确切(χ^(2)=4.9123,P<0.05);术后半年,试验组未妊娠例数为14例,妊娠率为30.00%,参照组中有19例未妊娠,自然妊娠率为5.00%,组间差异存在(χ^(2)=4.3290,P<0.05)。研究发现,实施子宫输卵管通液结合造影方案,对提高不孕症患者输卵管不通的检出率具有重要意义,能够促进患者术后自然妊娠率提高。可见此种检查形式在不孕症诊断过程中精准程度更高,并且能够辅助不孕病人成功妊娠。Explored the value of hysterosalpingography combined with hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients.Forty infertile patients were selected from January 2021 to December 2022.Using the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,each with 20 cases.The reference group underwent hysterosalpingoplasty.The experimental group used tubal patency combined with salpingography as an intervention method.Evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic effects of two groups.The results showed that the evaluation results of the fallopian tubes in the experimental group were superior to those in the reference group,with 6 cases of patency,8 cases of partial patency,and 6 cases of complete patency,accounting for 30.00%,40.00%,and 30.00%respectively.The corresponding indicators in the reference group were 13 cases,2 cases,and 5 cases,accounting for 65.00%,10.00%,and 25.00%respectively,and the statistical value was accurate(χ^(2)=4.9123,P<0.05);Half a year after surgery,there were 14 cases of non-pregnancy in the experimental group,with a pregnancy rate of 30.00%.In the reference group,there were 19 cases of non-pregnancy,with a natural pregnancy rate of 5.00%.There was a difference between the groups(χ^(2)=4.3290,P<0.05).Research has found that implementing a combination of hysterosalpingography and hysterosalpingography is of great significance in improving the detection rate of tubal obstruction in infertile patients,and can promote an increase in the natural pregnancy rate of patients after surgery.It can be seen that this type of examination has a higher degree of accuracy in the diagnosis of infertility and can assist infertility patients in successfully conceiving.
