摘  要:以回收聚乙烯(PE)农膜为基材,利用材料复合原理,通过熔融造粒制备高性能PE直投式-沥青改性剂,并将PE改性剂用于制备改性沥青并测试其性能。研究结果显示,随着高性能PE改性剂掺量增加,改性沥青的耐老化性能变好,可达到甚至优于SBS改性沥青。因此,高性能回收PE农膜沥青改性剂在国内大量的工程项目中试验应用,对满足国家绿色交通政策要求、推动环境的可持续发展具有重大意义。Based on the recycled PE agricultural film as the base material,high performance PE direct cast asphalt modifier was prepared by melting granulation using the principle of material composite,and PE modifier was used to prepare modified asphalt and test its performance.The results show that the aging resistance of the modified asphalt becomes better with the increase of high performance PE modifier content,and can reach or even be better than the SBS modified asphalt.Therefore,the high-performance recovery of PE agricultural film asphalt modifier has been tested and applied in a large number of domestic engineering projects.In order to meet the requirements of the national green transportation policy,it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of the environment.
