高速棒材线生产线稳定运行的实践探究

摘  要:对高速棒材线生产线稳定运行进行研究,通过结合广西钢铁高速棒材生产线实例,探讨3#飞剪、模块轧机润滑、高速区信号检测等实践环节,提出合理运用控制系统、掌握剪切过程和优化升级飞剪设备等,保证3#飞剪高效、顺利运作。并基于优化油膜的油温油流实现稳态控制、科学应用油品在线智能监测系统等,保障模块轧机润滑效果提升。同时针对程序锁定、硬线传输等进行有效处理,避免出现信号闪断等故障,保证高速棒材生产线实现稳定运行。综合研究成果,在3#飞剪控制、模块轧机润滑系统、高速区信号检测等方面的设备适应性改造,有利于促使高速棒材线生产线运行平稳,提高作业效率,减少故障影响因素,旨在进一步提升生产效率,增加企业经济效益。This paper studies the stable operation of the high speed bar line production line.Based on the example of the high-speed bar production line of Guangxi Iron and Steel,the practical links such as the flying shear,the lubrication of the module rolling mill and the signal detection in the high-speed area are discussed.It is proposed that the control system should be used reasonably,the shearing process should be mastered,and the flying shear equipment should be optimized and upgraded to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the flying shear.The steady-state control of oil temperature and oil flow based on optimized oil film and the scientific application of oil on-line smart monitoring system can ensure the improvement of lubrication effect of module rolling mill.At the same time,effective processing is carried out for program locking and hard wire transmission to avoid signal flash breakage and other faults to ensure the stable operation of high-speed bar production line.Based on the comprehensive research results,the adaptive transformation of equipment in the aspects of flying shear control,module rolling mill lubrication system and high speed zone signal detection is beneficial to promote the smooth operation of high speed bar production line,improve operation efficiency and reduce fault influencing factors,and therefore further improve the production efficiency and increase the economic benefits of the enterprise.
