摘　　要：在互联网技术及时代背景下,网络写手的写作愈发表现为规模化、流程化的内容生产,在这个过程中,新型外包公司--“写手中介”平台发挥了重要作用。文章选择了某个较为典型的“写手中介”QQ群,对网络写手进行了两个月的网络田野调查,考察了“写手中介”的具体运作,深入研究了时代转型下网络写手的数字劳动境况。文章指出,在互联网技术赋权与去权的逻辑中,网络写手一方面在数字平台的发展中增强了劳动的自主性,另一方面也不得不服膺于网络的产业运作和技术规则,数字劳动存在诸多异化可能。This paper selects a typical“writer intermediary”QQ group,conducts a two-month online field research on online writers,examines the specific operation of“writer intermediary”,and deeply studies the digital labor situation of online writers under the transformation of the times.The paper believes that in the logic of empowering and delegating power in internet technology,online writers have enhanced their autonomy in labor through the development of digital platforms,and on the other hand,they have to obey the industrial operation and technical rules of the internet.There are many possibilities for alienation in digital labor.
