摘  要:建立燃料电池汽车氢气排放分析仪校准方法。根据仪器工作原理,拟定仪器的示值误差、测量重复性、响应时间、零点漂移和量程漂移为校准项目。利用氢气纯度标准物质进行试验,考察并给出具体参数指标:仪器的测量范围(体积分数)为0~10%,最大允许误差为±0.25%;以6次测量值的相对标准偏差反映仪器的测量重复性,应不大于1%;响应时间应不大于30 s;零点漂移应在±1.0%FS内;量程漂移应在±2.0%FS内。验证试验表明该校准方法准确有效。The calibration method of fuel cell vehicle hydrogen emission analyzer was established.According to the working principle,the indication error,measurement repeatability,response time,zero drift and range drift of the instrument were proposed as the calibration items.The hydrogen purity standard material was used to test the instrument,and the values of the items were given.When the measurement range(volume fraction)of the instrument was 0-10%,the maximum allowable error was proposed as±0.25%;the relative standard deviation of 6 measurements was used to express the measurement repeatability,which was proposed as not more than 1%;the response time might be not more than 30 s;zero drift might be within±1.0%FS;and the range drift might be within±2.0%FS.The verification tests were carried out,which showed that the calibration method was accurate and effective.
