摘  要:针对激光驱动电路纳秒脉冲宽度无法调节的问题,设计了一种新型的脉宽可调的窄脉冲激光驱动电路。利用FPGA和激光二极管的工作原理,设计并搭建半导体激光器驱动电路。电路采用高速MOSFET作为开关器件驱动激光二极管SPLPL90-3,并利用LTspice仿真软件分析激光驱动电路中电源电压、储能电容和阻尼电阻对驱动脉冲的影响,最终选择最佳的电路参数。当电源电压为150 V,储能电容为1 nF,阻尼电阻为2Ω时,最终输出激光二极管的电流为39.7 A,脉冲宽度6 ns,上升沿3 ns,满足了大电流纳秒脉冲半导体激光器驱动电路的设计要求。Aiming at the problem that the nanosecond pulse width of the laser drive circuit cannot be adjusted,a new narrow pulse laser drive circuit with adjustable pulse width is designed.Based on the working principle of FPGA and laser diode,the driving circuit of semiconductor laser is designed and built.The circuit uses high-speed MOSFET as the switching device to drive the laser diode SPLPL90-3,and uses LTspice simulation software to analyze the influ-ence of power supply voltage,energy storage capacitance and damping resistance on the driving pulse in the laser driv-ing circuit,and finally selects the best circuit parameters.When the power supply voltage is 150V,the energy storage capacitance is 1NF,and the damping resistance is 2Ω,the current of the final output laser diode is 39.7 A,the pulse width is 6 ns,and the rising edge is 3 ns,which meets the design requirements of the high current nanosecond pulse semiconductor laser drive circuit.
