摘 要:海底隧道在不良地质段施工时极易发生突水涌水现象,严重影响施工安全。以青岛胶州第二海底隧道工程为背景,采用经验公式法和数值模拟法预测了涌水量,并将两种计算结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟的适用性,并根据工程类比方法制定了本次工程排放量设置为2 m^(3)/(m·d)。对不同注浆圈厚度和不同注浆渗透系数的涌水量进行数值模拟,分析注浆参数对于海底隧道涌水量的影响规律,确定了满足控制排水量与衬砌水压力要求的合理注浆参数为:注浆圈厚度取5 m、n=0.02,可为海底隧道设计和施工提供一定的参考。Subsea tunnels are prone to water inflow during construction in unfavorable geological sections,which affectes construction safety.Taking the second subsea tunnel project in Qingdao Jiaozhou as the background,the empirical formula method and numerical simulation method are used to predict the water inflow,and the two calculation results are compared to verify the applicability of numerical simulation.The emission standard of the project is formulated according to the engineering analogy,and is set as 2 m^(3)/(m·d).Then,the water inflow of different grouting circle thickness and grouting permeability coefficientis numerically are simulated and analyzed to determine the influence law of grouting parameters on the water inflow of subsea tunnel.The reasonable grouting parameters that meet the requirements of controlling drainage and lining water pressure are determined as follows:the thickness of grouting ring is 5m,and the permeability coefficient of grouting ring is 0.02 times that of surrounding rock,which provides a certain reference for the design and construction of subsea tunnel.
