摘 要:研究棱坎对溢洪道空蚀破坏的影响,采用RNG k-ε模型,结合Z-G-B空化模型,对有棱坎的溢洪道泄洪的水力特性以及空化效应进行了分析,对比了升坎和跌坎对空化效应的影响。研究结果表明:棱坎的存在会加剧流场的空化效应和溢洪道混凝土底板的空蚀程度,且升坎对混凝土空蚀的促进作用明显强于降坎;随着棱坎高度的增加,空化效果明显增强,空化区域面积不断增大,最小空化数不断减小;在实际工程中,为了缓解溢洪道底板的混凝土的空蚀破坏现象,需要避免升坎的存在,同时将跌坎高度控制在2 mm以内。To study the influence of cills on the cavitation damage of spillway,the RNG k-εmodel combined with the Z-G-B cavitation model were used to analyze the hydraulic characteristics and cavitation effects of the spillway with ridges.The results show that cills will aggravate the cavitation effect of the flow field and the cavitation erosion of the concrete,and the promotion effect of the ascending cill on concrete cavitation erosion is obviously stronger than the descending cill.As the height of cill increasing,the area of the cavitation continues to increase,and the minimum number of cavitation continues to decrease.It means that the effect of cavitation is significantly enhanced.In practical engineering projects,to reduce the impact of cavitation damage of concrete,it is necessary to avoid the existence of the ascending cills and control the height of the descending within 2 mm.
