摘 要:为了筛选更多的优质晾晒烟种质资源,本试验对41份晾晒烟品种的生育期、农艺性状、光合参数与冠层光合分布等表型进行初步鉴定。结果表明,(1)SY-6、SY-9、SY-32、SY-35为最适栽培品种,其次SY-7、SY-12、SY-15、SY-17、SY-39等品种表现中等;(2)长沙烟区各晾晒烟品种现蕾和中心花开放时间存在较大差异,现蕾时间最长差异天数达19 d,中心花开放时间最长差异天数达22 d;(3)SY-1、SY-4、SY-8、SY-9、SY-11等22个晾晒烟品种发病率接近0,属于高抗病品种;SY-10发病率最高,达42.31%,属高感病品种;SY-14、SY-19、SY-22群体发病率位于15%~25%之间,属于易感病晾晒烟品种;(4)不同品种(系)晾晒烟现蕾期光合参数Phi2值在0.4~0.6之间,多数品种在0.5~0.6之间,差异较小,实际光合效率之间差异较小,除少部分品种(SY-3、SY-4、SY-7、SY-8)外差异不显著。In order to screen more high-quality air-cured tobacco germplasm resources for breeding and utilization,the air-cured tobacco germplasm resources in Hunan tobacco germplasm resource bank were used for field planting in yujiaao experimental base of Changsha tobacco company.The phenotypes of 41 air-cured tobacco varieties such as growth period,agronomic characters,light and parameters and canopy photosynthetic distribution were preliminarily observed and recorded.The results showed that:(1)it was preliminarily speculated that SY-6,SY-9,SY-32 and SY-35 were the most suitable cultivars,followed by SY-7,SY-12,SY-15,SY-17 and SY-39;(2)There was a great difference in the opening time of bud and central flower among the varieties in Changsha tobacco area.The longest difference in bud time was 19 days,and the longest difference in central flower opening time was 22 days;(3)The incidence rate of 22 flue-cured tobacco varieties such as SY-1,SY-4,SY-8,SY-9 and SY-11 is close to 0%,belonging to high disease resistance varieties;SY-10 has the highest incidence rate,reaching 42.31%,and is a highly susceptible variety;The incidence rate of SY-14,SY-19 and SY-22 populations is between 15%and 25%,belonging to the susceptible varieties of air cured tobacco;(4)The photosynthetic parameter phi2 value of different varieties(lines)in the bud stage is between 0.4 and 0.6,and that of most varieties is between 0.5 and 0.6.The difference is small,and the actual photosynthetic efficiency is small.Except for a few varieties(sy-3,sy-4,sy-7,sy-8,etc.),the difference is not significant.
