摘 要:为探究鲍尔斯黄金薹草、金丝薹草、奶油玉带草3种观赏草在不同遮阴条件下耐阴状况,采用人工搭阴棚半遮阴法,对上述3种观赏草的形态指标、叶绿素总含量、SOD酶活性等生理指标进行测定,以确定3种观赏草在西南地区耐阴性的强弱。结果表明,不同遮阴处理后,鲍尔斯黄金薹草和金丝薹草处理组的株高、冠幅、叶长、叶宽随着遮阴时间的增加,与ck相比呈减小的趋势,奶油玉带草的叶长处理组与ck差异显著(p<0.05)增加,3种材料在遮阴环境下表现出叶片颜色变浅,变薄。不同品种各生理指标遮阴处理后变化存在差异,整个试验中3种观赏草通过增加形态指标、叶绿素总含量、SOD酶活性来适应遮阴环境。3种观赏草对遮阴环境的响应和耐阴能力大小存在差异,金丝薹草和奶油玉带草均可忍耐25%(12450 lx)遮阴环境,鲍尔斯黄金薹草忍耐48%(9643 lx)遮阴强度。通过隶属函数法综合分析可知,3种观赏草的耐阴性大小顺序为鲍尔斯黄金薹草、奶油玉带草、金丝薹草。To study the shade tolerance of 3 ornamental grasses,namely Carex riparia Bowles Golden,Carex oshimensis Evergold and Phalaris arundinacea var.picta under different shade conditions,the artificial semi-shade method was adopted to measure physiological indicators of the above 3 ornamental grasses including morphological index,total chlorophyll content and SOD activity,there by determining their shade tolerance in southwest of China.According to the results,after different shading treatment,the Carex riparia Bowles Golden group and the Carex oshimensis Evergold group showed a decreasing trend in plant height,crown diameter,leaf length and leaf width over time compared with ck.The Phalaris arundinacea var.picta group,on the other hand,showed a significant increasing trend(p<0.05)in leaf length compared with ck.Physiological indicators of different grasses showed different changes after shading treatment.Through out the experiment,3 ornamental grasses adapted to the shading environment by increasing morphological index,total chlorophyll content,SOD enzyme activity.Results showed varied responses to the shading environment and shade tolerance.Carex oshimensis Evergold and Phalaris arundinacea var.picta were able to tolerate a 25%(12450 lx)shade environment.Carex riparia Bowles Golden was able to tolerate the shading strength of 48%(9643 lx).According to a comprehensive analysis by a membership function,the shade tolerance of the above 3 ornamental grasses was in order Carex riparia Bowles Golden>Phalaris arundinacea var.picta>Carex oshimensis Evergold.
