摘　　要：高档数控机床需要采用高端制造模式进行制造。国产数控机床长期采用中低端制造模式进行生产制造,难以保障产品的性能和质量。为了制造高档数控机床,需要对机床的生产方式进行深入系统的研究。因此对数控机床的生产方式进行了研究,讨论了生产方式的基本概念,分析了生产方式的演化历程,讨论了国产机床现行生产方式存在的问题,提出适用于国产机床的新型生产方式,最后对国产机床小批量定制生产方式的特点进行了讨论。The high grade Numerical Control(NC)machine tools need to be produced with the high grade manufacturing mode.For a long time,domestic enterprises produce NC machine tools to use low or middle-grade mode,it is difficult to guarantee the performances and quality.To produce high grade NC machine tools,it is necessary to study produce mode of machine tools profoundly.The production modes of Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machine tools was studied,the basic concept of the production modes was discussed,the evolution of the production mode was analyzed,the problems existing in the current production mode of domestic machine tools was elaborated,a new production mode suitable for domestic machine tools was proposed,and finally discusses the characteristics of the small batch customization production mode of domestic machine tools were illuminated.
