摘  要:轨道列车保有量的持续增长和列车服役年限的逐渐积累对运维企业的检修效率提出了更高要求。检修工艺不确定、高水平多技能检修人力资源短缺等因素严重制约检修车间作业调度优化。鉴于此,本文聚焦轨道交通零部件检修车间调度问题,从搭建调度框架、求解调度模型、开发调度系统等方面开展研究。首先结合轨道交通车辆相关检修标准及要求,对不确定检修工艺路线、人员的技能与等级进行了详细定义,构建了检修调度作业框架;然后建立了不确定工艺路线下考虑人员技能的检修作业调度数学模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解;最后,依托某轨道交通运维企业进行了案例分析,并开发了检修调度原型系统。案例分析结果表明,本研究方法对于缩短检修周期、提高人员利用率等方面提升显著。本研究的成果,有助于具有相关问题背景的企业提升调度能力,提升检修效率。The continuous growth of the number of railway trains and the accumulation of service life of trains have put forward higher requirements for the maintenance efficiency of maintenance enterprises.The uncertain maintenance process and the shortage of high-level multi-skill maintenance human resources seriously restrict the optimization of maintenance workshop scheduling.Thus,the research from the aspects of building scheduling framework,solving scheduling model,and developing scheduling system was carried out by focusing on the scheduling problem of maintenance workshop of parts of railway trains.Based on the relevant maintenance standards and requirements of railway trains,the uncertain maintenance process route,personnel skills and levels were defined in detail,and the maintenance scheduling framework was constructed.Then a mathematical model of maintenance job scheduling considering personnel skill under uncertain process route was established and solved by genetic algorithm.Based on a real-world case study,the maintenance scheduling prototype system was developed.The results showed that the proposed method could shorten the maintenance time and improve the utilization rate of personnel,which was helpful for enterprises with relevant problem background to improve their scheduling ability and maintenance efficiency.
