“孤岛”时期上海国际红十字会对残疾伤兵的救护

摘　　要：淞沪会战失败以后,有数百名残疾伤兵遗留在沪,未来得及遣送疏散。上海国际红十字会临危受命,开办残疾伤兵医院,组织优势医护力量予以收治,并在院内开设假肢制造工场,为他们装配假肢。为了安抚残疾伤兵们的精神创伤并助力其将来能自立谋生,上海国际红十字会还安排上海市商会童子军青年教员义务讲授歌唱、算术和新文字等文化素质教育课程,并特别聘请各界热心技师传授制皂、针织、园艺、钟表修理和无线电报等工艺技能,取得了良好成效。这一考察,可为呈现红十字会抗战救护全貌增砖加瓦。After the defeat of the Shanghai Anti-Japanese War in 1937,many disabled and wounded soldiers remained in Shanghai without time to evacuate.The Shanghai International Red Cross Society was ordered to open a hospital for the disabled and wounded,organize superior medical and medical personnel to receive them,and set up a prosthetic manufacturing workshop in the hospital to assemble artificial limbs for them.In order to soothe the mental trauma of the disabled and wounded soldiers and make a living in the future,the young teachers of the boy scout of the Shanghai Chamber of Commerce were arranged to teach the cultural quality education courses such as singing,arithmetic and new writing.In addition,enthusiastic technicians from all walks of life were specially invited to teach the craft skills such as soap making,knitting,gardening,clock and watch repair and wireless telegraph,which achieved good results.This research adds contribution to the overall picture of the Anti-Japanese War rescue of the Red Cross Society of China.
