摘  要:分析耐性植物短芒大麦草(Hordeum brevisubulatum)的耐受特性.为模拟松嫩平原苏打盐碱胁迫环境,采用NaCl,NaHCO_(3),Na_(2)CO_(3)3种盐对短芒大麦草进行胁迫处理,并在一定比例的田土与盐碱斑表土复配胁迫下栽培短芒大麦草,结合其生物学特性及相关生理指标进行研究分析.结果表明,短芒大麦草对中度碱性盐具有一定的耐受性,且对中度苏打盐碱胁迫处理的适应性较强.因此,认为短芒大麦草是耐中度苏打盐碱的植物,是在苏打盐碱地的植被恢复与重建中具有一定应用价值的耐性资源.The tolerance plant Hordeum brevisubulatum was selected and its tolerance characteristics were analyzed.In order to simulate the saline-alkali stress environment of soda in the Songnen Plain,Hordeum brevisubulatumwere treated by NaCl,NaHCO_(3)and Na_(2)CO_(3),and Hordeum brevisubulatum was cultivated under the stress of a certain proportion of field soil and saline-alkali topsoil,and the biological characteristics and related physiological indexes of Hordeum brevisubulatum were studied and analyzed.The results showed that Hordeum brevisubulatum has a certain tolerance to moderate alkaline salts and strong adaptability to moderate soda salinity stress treatment.In conclusion,this study concluded that Hordeum brevisubulatum is a plant that is tolerant to moderate soda salinity,and has certain application value in the restoration and reconstruction of soda saline land.
