摘　　要：晶体管放大电路是模拟电子技术、电工电子技术等课程中的一个典型电路.该电路的分析包含了晶体管工作原理、直流电路分析、交流电路分析以及输出信号失真、切顶现象等多个知识点,学生短时间难以透彻掌握.研究分压式偏置晶体管放大电路的教学方式,分别从理论公式推导、图解释义、PSpice辅助实验3个方面讲解电路的放大原理、中间过程波形和实验结果验证,使初学者能够更直观、更透彻地理解晶体管放大电路的原理.Transistor amplifier circuit is a typical circuit in the courses of analog electronic technology,electrical and electronic technology,etc.The analysis of this circuit includes many knowledge points such as transistor working principle,DC circuit analysis,AC circuit analysis,output signal distortion,top cutting phenomenon,etc,which is difficult for students to fully grasp in a short time.Studies the teaching method of the voltage-divider bias transistor amplification circuit,and explains the amplification principle,intermediate process waveform and experimental result verification of the circuit from three aspects,theoretical formula derivation,graphical interpretation,and PSpice auxiliary experiment,so that beginners can understand the principle of the transistor amplification circuit more intuitively and thoroughly.
