摘　　要：社会公德的建设对新时代我国公民道德建设的深入推进、社会文明程度的不断提升、良好国家形象的全面塑造具有十分重要的意义。社会公德建设是公民道德建设的基础工程,社会公德建设需要以社会主义核心价值观为引领,社会公德建设需要以法治建设为保障,是新时代社会公德建设的三个基本问题。当前我国社会公德领域总体呈现出尚德守法、崇德向善、文明和谐的良好景象。The social ethics construction is of great significance for deepening the moral construction of Chinese citizens in the new era,the continuous improvement of social civilization,and the shape of a good national image.Social ethics is the fundamental program of citizen moral construction,the social ethics construction needs to be guided with core socialist values,and it needs to be guaranteed by the law-based governance.These are the three basic issues in the social ethics construction in the new era.Presently the field of social ethics in China is generally displaying a good picture of respecting morality and law,advocating morality for good,and promoting civilization and harmony.
