摘 要:为掌握温度对磁场作用下碳酸钙溶解性能的影响规律,采用XRD、SEM和FTIR等手段对碳酸钙和不同温度条件下的磁化蒸馏水进行了表征。结果表明,不同温度下磁化溶液中碳酸钙的溶解性能不同。随着温度的升高,碳酸钙的溶解率和碳酸钙磁化溶液中的Ca2+浓度逐渐降低。当温度为20℃时,磁化溶液中Ca2+的浓度和碳酸钙的溶解率最大,分别为10.4mg/L和37.18‰。高温不利于碳酸钙溶解的原因在于,温度的增大可使磁化蒸馏水中多聚水和二聚水分子内的羟基总和减小了16.8%,并不利于碳酸钙与水分子之间的亲合作用。此外,高温还使磁化溶液中碳酸钙的结晶度增大了3.8%,(104)晶面的面间距减小了2.5×10^(-4)nm,这减小了碳酸钙与水的相对接触面积,因而不利于碳酸钙的溶解。研究揭示了温度与磁化溶液中碳酸钙溶解行为的关系,并补充了磁化去除碳酸钙垢的理论依据。In order to grasp the effect law of temperature on the dissolution performance of calcium carbonate under the action of magnetic field,calcium carbonate and magnetized distilled water under different temperature conditions were characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The results showed that the dissolution properties of calcium carbonate in magnetized solutions at different temperatures were different.With the increase of temperature,the dissolution rate of calcium carbonate and Ca2+concentration in the magnetized solution of calcium carbonate decreased gradually.When the temperature was 20 C,the calcium concentration and the dissolution rate of calcium carbonate in the magnetized solution reached the maximum which were 10.4 mg/L and 37.18%o respectively.The reason why high temperature was adverse to the dissolution of calcium carbonate was that the increase of temperature could reduce the sum of hydroxyl groups within the molecules of polymerized and dimerized water in the magnetized distilled water by 16.8%,which was unfavorable to the affinity interaction between calcium carbonate and water molecules.In addition,high temperature increased the crystallinity of calcium carbonate crystals in the magnetized solution by 3.8%,while the(104)crystalline surface spacing decreased by 2.5×10^(-4) nm,which reduced the relative contact area between calcium carbonate and water,thus was detrimental to the dissolution of calcium carbonate.The research reveals the relationship between temperature and the dissolution behavior of calcium carbonate in magnetized solutions,and complements the theoretical basis of removing calcium carbonate scale by magnetization.
