摘 要:刚果(金)某高钙镁铜钴矿含有大量耗酸脉石,直接浸出时酸耗高,经济效益低。通过选冶联合试验研究,采用连续五次氧化矿粗选、粗精矿不再精选的流程获得产率为26.27%,铜、钴品位分别为6.45%、0.96%,铜、钴回收率分别为90.61%、89.07%的铜钴精矿。针对原矿和推荐浮选工艺获得的精矿进行浸出试验,并对两种工艺进行了技术经济指标对比,结果表明,相较于直接浸出工艺,采用选冶联合工艺,浸出酸耗降低了80.64%,综合药剂成本降低了58.16%,使经济效益得到大幅提升。A high calcium-magnesium copper-cobalt ore in Congo(Kinshasa)contains a large amount of acid-consuming gangue,so the acid consumption is high and the economic benefit is low during direct leaching.Through the combined test of mineral processing and metallurgy,copper-cobalt concentrate with the yield of 26.27%,the grade of copper and cobalt of 6.45%and 0.96%respectively,and the recovery of copper and cobalt of 90.61%and 89.07%respectively was obtained by using the flowsheet of continuous five times oxide ore roughing and no cleaning of rough concentrate.Leaching tests were carried out on the raw ore and the concentrate obtained by the recommended flotation process,and the technical and economic indexes of the two processes were compared.The results showed that,compared with the direct leaching process,the leaching acid consumption was reduced by 80.64%and the comprehensive reagent cost was reduced by 58.16%by using the combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy,which greatly improved the economic benefits.
