摘 要:目前现存的干式磁选机和干式磁选工艺存在品位低、适应性差等缺点,干式磁选工艺仍然有待提高。以课题组研制的新型干式磁选机为基础,采用EDEM和Fluent耦合的方法来模拟新型三级干式磁选机的分选过程,研究不同风速、入料粒度以及磁辊转速对分选效果的影响。分别进行了三种不同因素条件下的试验,并分析其试验结果。结合仿真结果和试验结果,得到的结论为:在给定的工况条件下,最佳的风速为25m/s,磁辊转速为120r/min,入料粒度为-2mm。仿真和试验得到的结论一致,验证了仿真条件设置的合理性和仿真结果的正确性,为推广使用仿真来处理更加复杂的实际问题提供了依据。At present,the existing dry magnetic separators and dry magnetic separation process had the characteristics of low grade and poor adaptability,and the dry magnetic separation process still needed to be improved.Based on the new dry magnetic separator developed by the research group,the separation process of the new three-stage dry magnetic separator was simulated by using the coupling method of EDEM and Fluent,and the effects of different wind speed,feed particle size and magnetic roller speed on the separation effect were studied.The experiments were carried out under three different conditions,and the test results were analyzed.Combined with the simulation results and test results,the conclusion was:under the given working conditions,the optimal wind speed was 25 m/s,magnetic roll speed was 120 r/min,feeding particle size was-2 mm.The conclusion obtained by simulation and experiment was consistent,which verified the rationality of simulation conditions and the correctness of simulation results,and provided a basis for popularizing the use of simulation to deal with more complex practical problems.
