摘  要:通过对支架结构的研究,设计了一种新型结构支架,采用医用316L不锈钢材料和3D打印技术进行制造,使用电解抛光技术进行表面处理,以降低表面粗糙度。通过球囊扩张导管对该支架进行了扩张试验,可由外径2.4 mm扩张到5 mm而不被破坏。结果表明,良好的结构设计可保证支架通过3D打印技术生产时无需添加外部支撑保证产品精度,316L不锈钢金属支架经电解抛光可改善支架表面粗糙度,且该支架具有较好的扩张性能。Through the previous research on stent structure,a novel type of structural stent was designed and manufactured based on medical 316L stainless steel and 3D printing technology.Electrolytic polishing technology was adopted for surface treatment to improve the surface roughness.The stent was dilated by balloon dilating catheter,which can be expanded from an outer diameter of 2.4 mm to 5 mm without being damaged.The results indicate that a well structural design can guarantee that the stent can be produced by 3D printing technology without adding external supports,ensuring product accuracy.The 316L stainless steel metal stent can effectively improve the surface roughness of the stent through electrolytic polishing,which possesses desirable expansion performance.
