摘  要:采用离心铸造工艺制备风电用CuAl10Fe2铝青铜套筒,研究其显微组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,离心铸造CuAl10Fe2铝青铜套筒的显微组织为α-Cu基体、不规则片状β-Cu_(3)Al相以及KI-Fe_(3)Al相,无γ_(2)相存在,且离心力场可细化合金的显微组织,其抗拉强度为612.7 MPa,屈服强度为318.6 MPa,伸长率为32.5%,硬度(HBW)为136.7。电化学测试结果表明,合金在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电位为-0.303 V,腐蚀电流密度为0.66 A/cm^(2),腐蚀速率为8.94μm/a,表明材料具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。合金在电化学腐蚀过程中形成以Cu_(2)O和Al_(2)O_(3)为主的钝化膜,使合金不受腐蚀介质的继续侵蚀。CuAl10Fe2 aluminum bronze for wind power was prepared by centrifugal casting technology,and its microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure of centrifugal cast CuAl10Fe2 aluminum bronze is mainly composed ofα-Cu,matrix,irregular sheetβ-Cu_(3)Al phase,and K_(I)phase withoutγ_(2)phases,and centrifugal force field can refine the grains and precipitates.The tensile strength,yield strength,elongation,and hardness of the alloy reach 612.7 MPa,318.6 MPa,32.5%and 136.7 HBW,respectively.The electrochemical test results reveal that the corrosion potential,corrosion current density and corrosion rate of CuAl10Fe2 in 3.5%NaCl solution are-0.303 V,0.66 A/cm~2 and 8.94μm/a,respectively,indicating desirable corrosion resistance.During the process of electrochemical corrosion,a passive film dominated by Cu_(2)O and Al_(2)O_(3)are generated,which protects the matrix from the continuous erosion of corrosive media.
