摘  要:采用超声喷丸工艺对AZ80M镁合金板材进行表面纳米化处理。结果表明,超声喷丸使AZ80M镁合金表层的晶粒尺寸显著减小,距喷丸表面50μm以内为大变形区域,存在部分微裂纹;距喷丸表面50~150μm范围内为晶粒细化区域,其组织致密且无明显缺陷。超声喷丸+抛光的AZ80M试样耐蚀性显著提高,开路电势为-1.551 V、自腐蚀电位为-1.481 V、钝化阻抗值R_(c)达1772Ω·cm^(2)。浸泡腐蚀试验表明,超声喷丸+抛光的AZ80M试样腐蚀速率明显降低,腐蚀形貌更均匀,腐蚀防护效果更好。AZ80M magnesium alloy plates were processed by ultrasonic shot peening.The results reveal that grain size on the surface layer of AZ80M magnesium alloy is significantly reduced.Within 50μm from the peening surface,severe plastic deformation occurrs with some micro cracks.In the range of 50~150μm from the peening surface,grain refinement is observed,the structure is dense and free of apparent defects.The corrosion resistance of sample after ultrasonic shot peening is significantly improved,with an open-circuit potential of-1.551 V,a self-corrosion potential of-1.481 V,and a passivation impedance R_(c) up to 1772Ω·cm^(2).Furthermore,immersion corrosion test indicates that the corrosion rate is significantly reduced with more uniform corrosion morphology and better corrosion protection.
