摘  要:复杂型腔结构的精密铸件采用陶瓷芯生产工艺,分析了多个芯头陶瓷型芯在熔模铸造过程中出现断裂的原因,并通过增加陶瓷芯自身强度、调整注蜡参数、规范射蜡操作、调整浇注系统等措施,有效解决了陶瓷芯断裂问题,显著提高了陶瓷芯成形的合格率,并提高铸件成品率,缩短生产周期,极大降低了生产成本,且满足批量生产要求。The ceramic core production process was adopted for investment castings with complex cavity structure.The reasons for fracture of multiple ceramic cores during investment casting process were analyzed.The fracture of ceramic cores can be effectively solved by increasing the strength of ceramic cores,optimizing the wax injection parameters,adjusting the operation techniques of wax injection workers as well as gating system,significantly raising the qualified rate of ceramic core forming and casting yield,which shorten the production cycle,greatly reduce the production cost to meet quantity production requirements.
