摘 要:中国-中东欧国家合作机制自2012年建立以来,双边经贸关系日益密切,中国对中东欧国家的贸易伙伴国地位显著提高。双边货物贸易,特别是中东欧国家对中国的农产品出口贸易,增长迅速。总体上,双边贸易结构均得到较大程度的优化,但在中东欧国家之间表现出了较大的异质性。比较突出的双边贸易不平衡与贸易发展不均衡问题没有得到明显改善。未来,中国-中东欧国家双边货物贸易将继续保持快速增长势头,贸易不平衡问题可在发展中得到部分解决。考虑到中东欧国家特殊的区位优势,有必要坚持中东欧国家在“一带一路”中进入欧洲大市场的“桥头堡”定位。为促进双边经贸关系不断深化,可以从国际商务、外事和企业商会等多个层次出台鼓励中国-中东欧国家经贸合作的政策。Since the establishment of the China-CEECs cooperation platform in 2012,bilateral economic and trade relations have become increasingly close,and China becomes more important as a trade partner to CEE countries.Bilateral goods trade,especially CEE countries'export of agricultural products to China,has grown rapidly.Overall,the bilateral trade structure has been optimized,but it shows great heterogeneity among CEE countries.Trade imbalance and unequal development haven been improved slightly and there is still a long way to go.In the future,bilateral trade between China and CEE countries will continue to grow rapidly,and trade imbalance could be partially resolved with trade development.Considering the special geographical advantage of CEE countries,it is necessary to insist on CEE countries'position as the bridgehead for enterprises to enter the large European market under the Belt and Road Initiative.In order to deepen bilateral economic and trade relations,the central government may encourage sectors including international business,foreign affairs and chambers of commerce,to implement multi-level policies to promote economic and trade cooperation between China and CEE countries.
