摘　　要：党的二十大报告全面系统地阐述中国式现代化的基本理论,深刻揭示中国式现代化的本质要求,为我们认识和理解中国式法治现代化的重要理论和实践问题,阐释中国式法治现代化的本质要求提供了科学的理论指南。正确把握中国式法治现代化的本质要求,就必须认识到中国式法治现代化是中国共产党领导的社会主义法治现代化,是坚持和拓展中国特色社会主义法治道路的法治现代化,是体现中国特色社会主义“五位一体”总体布局的法权要求的法治现代化,是以构建人类命运共同体为全球主张的法治现代化,是创造人类法治文明新形态的法治现代化,从而为文明社会法治现代化进程贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China comprehensively and systematically expounds the basic theory of Chinese-style modernization and profoundly reveals the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization,which provides a scientific theoretical guide for us to recognize and understand the important theoretical and practical issues of Chinese-style rule of law modernization and explain the essential requirements of Chinese-style rule of law modernization.To correctly grasp the essential requirements of Chinese style rule of law modernization,we must realize that Chinese style rule of law modernization is a socialist rule of law modernization led by the Communist Party of China,a rule of law modernization that adheres to and expands the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,a rule of law modernization that reflects the requirements of legal power in the overall layout of “five-in-one” socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the modernization of the rule of law that takes the building of a community of human destiny as a global proposition,and the modernization of the rule of law that creates a new form of human rule of law civilization,thus contributing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the process of modernizing the rule of law in a civilized society.
