从“寒痰内阻”探讨食管癌的发病机制

摘　　要：“寒痰内阻”是食管癌发病的重要病机,临证时理应先开表闭、散寒邪,再以温阳化饮法治之,遵循中医学“先表后里”的治法,恢复人体气机升降出入,人体才能气血自化,邪逐病安。若寒邪盘踞人体半表半里之间,正气欲祛邪外出之时,应以“调和为主”,逐渐恢复人体自我修复功能;若病已经完全入里,加之手术、放化疗等对人体正气的戕伐,致阳气大损,此时应扶养人体阳气,患者便多了一分生机。故在食管癌的整个治疗过程中,要始终顾护人体正气,恢复人本有的生命力,且所有的治疗方式都应在人体能耐受的情况下进行,做到“先留人,再治病”。"Cold Phlegm internal obstruction"is an important pathogenesis of esophageal cancer.When treating the symptoms,it is necessary to open the closed exterior level of body first to disperse Cold pathogenic factor,and then method of warming Yang to dissipate Drink should be used,by following the treatment method of"first exterior then interior"in traditional Chinese medicine.It is necessary to restore the ascending and descending of the human body′s Qi and blood circulation,so that the body can regulate Qi and blood well,can eliminate pathogenic factor and can cure the disease.If the Cold evil factor occupies between half the surface and half the interior of the human body and the righteous Qi wants to dispel the evil,method of"achieving harmony"should be used to gradually restore the body′s self-repairment function;If the disease has completely entered the body,combined with surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy that can damage the body′s positive Qi,it is necessary to support the body′s Yang Qi at this time,and the patient will be better.Therefore,throughout the treatment process of esophageal cancer,it is always necessary to take care of the human body′s Zheng Qi,to restore the inherent vitality of the human body.Besides,all treatment methods should be carried out within the human body′s tolerance,so as to achiee the goal of"protecting the patient firstly and treating the disease secondly".
