摘　　要：MAPK信号通路参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等过程,与心脑血管疾病的发生发展密切相关,而中药可通过抑制炎症反应和氧化应激、减轻血管内皮细胞损伤、抑制平滑肌细胞增殖及细胞凋亡等调控MAPK信号通路,防治心脑血管疾病,具有不良反应少、临床疗效显著等优势。MAPK通路结合中医药治疗心脑血管疾病具有广阔的前景,但现有研究仍存在一些不足:中医药调控MAPK通路的实验研究多局限于某一条通路,ERK1/2信号通路、JNK信号通路及p38信号通路之间的交互作用尚未明确;动物实验模型无法复制中医证候类型,临床应用存在误差,故今后可着重探究各通路之间的交互作用,明确阐释其治疗心脑血管疾病的作用机制,同时将实验模型的选择及应用与中医证候相结合,尽可能地减少实验误差。MAPK signaling pathway is involved in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,and other processes,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Chinese medicine can regulate the MAPK signaling pathway by inhibiting inflammatory response and oxidative stress,reducing vascular endothelial cell damage,inhibiting smooth muscle cell proliferation and cell apoptosis,and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It has the advantages of fewer adverse reactions and significant clinical curative effects.The MAPK pathway combined with Chinese medicine has broad prospects for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,but there are still some shortcomings in existing research:First,the experimental research on the regulation of the MAPK pathway by Chinese medicine is mostly limited to a certain pathway,and the interaction between ERK1/2 signaling pathway,JNK signaling pathway,and p38 signaling pathway has not yet been clarified.Second,animal experimental models cannot replicate the types of TCM syndromes,and there are deviations in clinical applications.Therefore,in the future,we can focus on exploring the interaction between various pathways,clearly explain their mechanism of action in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and at the same time combine the selection and use of experimental models with TCM syndromes to reduce experimental errors as much as possible.
