中医药调控慢传输型便秘水通道蛋白研究进展

摘　　要：“大肠主津”指饮食水谷经胃和小肠消化吸收后,进入大肠进行水液和营养物质重新吸收的过程。大肠传输糟粕的能力需要依赖“大肠主津”的能力。慢传输型便秘作为功能型便秘的一种常见类型,其部分发病机制与“大肠主津”存在着密切联系。水通道蛋白作为细胞内和细胞间水流的调节器,其表达是否正常,与大肠的吸收功能及分泌津和液的能力呈正相关。通过调控水通道蛋白治疗水液代谢失常,或可作为治疗慢传输型便秘的潜在靶点。深入探索中医药对水通道蛋白表达的调控作用,可以更好地诠释“大肠主津”在现代医学中的理论发展,为“大肠主津”理论应用于慢传输型便秘的治疗提供坚实的理论基础。"Large intestine governing Fluid"refers to the process in which dietary water and grains enter the large intestine for reabsorption of water and nutrients after being digested and absorbed by the stomach and small intestine.The ability of the large intestine to transport dross depends on the ability of the"Large intestine governing Fluid".Slow transit constipation is a common type of functional constipation,and part of its pathogenesis is closely related to"Large intestine governing Fluid".Aquaporin,as a regulator of intracellular and intercellular water flow,whether its expression is normal or not is positively correlated with the absorption function of the large intestine and the ability to secrete body fluid.Thus,the treatment of water metabolism disorders by regulating aquaporin may be a potential target for the treatment of slow transit constipation.Also,in-depth explorations of the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the expression of aquaporin can better interpret the theoretical development of"large intestine governing Fluid"in modern medicine,and provide a solid theory base for its application in the treatment of slow transit constipation.
