摘　　要：血栓性脉管炎责之于心、肝、肾三经的病变,且属阴证范畴。心肾失调,肝郁不通,则肢体失于荣养而麻木不仁,手足不温,不通则痛,最后导致疾病的产生。本病可分为4种主要证型:对于阳虚型患者,治宜温经散寒,选用附子、干姜为代表的温里药等温化寒凝;对于气虚血瘀型患者,治宜活血化瘀,分寒痛与热痛辨证论治;对于热毒型患者,治宜清热解毒,重用大剂金银花、黄柏等清热药;对于阴阳俱虚型,治宜益气固本,多选用黄芪、人参等补益药。Thromboangiitis obliterans is close related to the lesions of the Heart,Liver,and Kidney,and belongs to the category of Yin syndrome.If the Heart and Kidney are out of balance and the Liver depression is obstructed,the limbs would be short of nutrition and become numb,and the hands and feet wouldn′t maintain warm.Then the stagnation causes pain and eventually lead to the disease.This disease can be divided into 4 main syndrome types:For patients with Yang deficiency type,it is suitable to warm the meridians and dispel cold,using Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata)and Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis)as the representatives of warming the interior medicine to warm the inner coldness.For patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the treatment should be promoteing blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and then solve the Cold induced pain or Heat induced pain according by syndrome differentiation.For patients with Heat-toxin type,the treatment should be Heat-clearing and detoxifying,and large doses of Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae),Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendri),and other Heat-clearing medicines should be used.For the deficiency of both Yin and Yang,the treatment should be replenishing and strengthening the Zheng Qi,and drugs such as Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari)and Renshen(Radix Ginseng)are often used.
