手指点穴联合耳穴压豆对肾病综合征患儿行环磷酰胺冲击后恶心呕吐的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察手指点穴联合耳穴压豆对肾病综合征患儿行环磷酰胺冲击后恶心、呕吐的影响。方法:88例肾病综合征行环磷酰胺冲击患儿随机平均分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予手指点穴(每天1次)联合耳穴压豆(住院时用1次)治疗,两组疗程3 d。比较两组患儿治疗前后胃肠道不良反应发生率、恶心及呕吐发生持续时间、食欲分级。结果:治疗后,试验组胃肠道不良反应发生率(9.09%)明显低于对照组(25.00%)(P<0.05);试验组恶心、呕吐发生持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组恶心分级中0级比例高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ级比例低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组呕吐分级中0级比例、Ⅰ级比例与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;试验组食欲分级中0级比例高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手指点穴联合耳穴压豆可明显降低肾病综合征患儿由环磷酰胺冲击造成的胃肠道不良反应的发生率,减轻胃肠道不良反应的程度,改善患儿生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of finger acupoint combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing in reducing nausea and vomiting in refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS)children after cyclophosphamide pulse.Methods:88 RNS children after cyclophosphamide pulse were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the experimental group was given finger acupoint(once a day)combined with auricular point pressing bean(once when hospitalized)on the basis of the treatment in the control group,for a course of 3 days.The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,the duration of nausea and vomiting,and the grade of appetite were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the experimental group(9.09%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).The duration of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 0 nausea in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of gradeⅡwas lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 0 vomiting in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of gradeⅠwas lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,the proportion of grade 0 appetite in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of gradeⅠand gradeⅡwas lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Finger acupoint combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing can significantly reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by cyclophosphamide pulse in RNS children,reduce the degree of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and improve the life quality of children.
