药贴联用对人工流产术后子宫内膜修复及子宫动脉阻力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨活血补肾方联合穴位贴敷对人工流产术后子宫内膜修复及子宫动脉阻力的影响。方法 选择80例人工流产术后子宫内膜损伤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予口服戊酸雌二醇片+黄体酮胶囊。治疗组给予口服自拟活血补肾中药方+穴位贴敷。比较两组子宫内膜厚度及子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、性激素水平、中医证候评分。结果 月经第12、14、16天,治疗组子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,RI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组性激素指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照组;雌二醇(E_(2))高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.588,P<0.05)。结论 人工流产术后给予活血补肾内服中药联合中药贴敷治疗能更有效降低子宫动脉阻力,促进雌、孕激素分泌,修复子宫内膜功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupoint application on endometrial repair and uterine artery resistance after induced abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial injury after induced abortion were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral estradiol valerate tablets + progesterone capsules.The treatment group was given oral self-designed Chinese prescription for promoting blood circulation and tonifying kidney + acupoint application.Endometrial thickness,uterine artery resistance index(RI),sex hormone level and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results On the 12th,14th and 16th days of menstruation,the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and RI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex hormone indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.Estradiol(E_(2)) was higher than that before treatment,and that in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than that in control group(χ^(2)=4.588,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Huoxue tonifying kidney and Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine paste after artificial abortion can reduce the resistance of uterine artery more effectively,promote the secretion of estrogen and progesterone,and repair the endometrial function.
