子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血中的应用效果。方法 选取84例剖宫产产后出血患者作为研究对象,按照剖宫产手术时间分为对照组与观察组,两组各42例。对照组予以传统止血方式,观察组予以子宫背带式缝合术治疗,观察两组的止血效果、凝血功能指标及并发症。结果 观察组剖宫产产妇的术后2 h出血量、术后24 h出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后即刻的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后24 h的PT、APTT水平低于术后即刻,且观察组术后24 h的PT、APTT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产术后的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产产后出血采用子宫背带式缝合术,可有效控制产后出血,改善机体凝血状况,降低并发症,获得理想预后结局。Objective To explore the application effect of uterus strap suture in postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 84 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected as the research object,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the operation time of cesarean section,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hemostatic method,and the observation group was treated with uterus harness suture.The hemostatic effect,coagulation function index and complications were observed between the two groups.Results The postoperative blood loss at 2h and 24 h in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the operative time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT) between the two groups immediately after surgery(P>0.05).The levels of PT and APTT at 24 h after surgery in the two groups were lower than those immediately after surgery,and the levels of PT and APTT at 24 h after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of uterus strap suture can effectively control the postpartum hemorrhage,improve the coagulation condition of the body,reduce complications,and obtain the ideal prognosis outcome.
