内分泌失调性不孕症患者给予联合用药治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析联合用药治疗内分泌失调性不孕症患者的临床效果。方法 选取84例内分泌失调性不孕症患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规用药,观察组给予联合用药,比较两组的治疗效果、性激素水平、排卵情况及妊娠率。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第1、2、3周期的性激素[促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第1、2、3周期的排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 予以内分泌失调性不孕症患者联合用药治疗的效果显著,可改善性激素水平,促进排卵,提高妊娠率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined medication treatment in patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility.Methods A total of 84 patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility were selected as the research subjects,and there were divided into the control group and the observation group based on a random number table method,with 42cases in each group.The control group received routine medication,while the observation group received combination medication treatment.The treatment effect,sex hormone levels,ovulation status,and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sex hormones [luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)] in the observation group in the first,second,and third cycles after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group in the first,second,and third cycles after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined medication treatment on patients with endocrine disorder infertility is significant,which can improve the level of sex hormones,promote ovulation,and increase the pregnancy rate,so it is worth promoting.
