摘 要:目的 探讨纳米碳在经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术中的临床意义。方法 选择2021年8月至2022年5月甘肃省肿瘤医院头颈二科收治的甲状腺微小癌患者30例,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各15例,均接受经口腔前庭入路腔镜下单侧甲状腺切除联合中央区淋巴结清扫术,试验组在腺体内注射纳米碳,对照组不注射。记录并比较相关数据。结果 试验组下位甲状旁腺有效保护、自体移植及中央区淋巴结清扫数目均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组上位甲状旁腺全部原位保留。两组中央区淋巴结转移数目及转移例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 纳米碳在腔镜甲状腺癌手术中有利于彻底清扫淋巴结,增加淋巴结检出率,提高离体组织中甲状旁腺的寻找,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of nano-carbon in endoscopic thyroid surgery via oral vestibular approach.Methods A total of 30 patients with thyroid microcarcinoma admitted to the DepartmentⅡof Head and Neck of Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital from August 2021 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group(n=15)and the control group(n=15)according to the random number table method.They were treated with endoscopic unilateral thyroidectomy combined with central lymph node dissection via oral vestibular approach.The experimental group was injected with nanocarbon into the gland,while the control group was not injected.Relevant data were recorded and compared.Results The effective protection of the lower parathyroid gland,autologous transplantation,and central lymph node dissection in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Both groups of superior parathyroid glands were preserved in situ.There were no statistically significant differences in the number and cases of lymph node metastasis in the central region between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The nano-carbon in endoscopic thyroid cancer surgery is beneficial to thoroughly clean lymph nodes,increase the detection rate of lymph nodes,and improve the search of parathyroid glands in in vitro tissues.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
