环指伸肌腱腱鞘囊肿合并部分肌腱陈旧性断裂漏诊1例报告

摘　　要：采用腱鞘封闭治疗的方法治疗腱鞘炎及腱鞘囊肿存在引发肌腱无菌性坏死断裂的风险。通常由此引发的肌腱断裂能在早期被发现,但在一些特殊情况下肌腱断裂可能被漏诊,导致救治延迟。中国人民解放军32280部队医院于2022年2月收治一例患者,因多个原因共同导致环指伸肌腱尺侧支陈旧性断裂这一诊断漏诊。现本文回顾性分析该患者就医过程,并对相关文献进行复习总结,以期对类似疾病的诊疗提供参考和借鉴。Tendon sheath block therapy for tendonitis and thecal cysts may incur a risk of aseptic necrosis and rupture of the tendon.Usually the resulting tendon rupture can be detected at an early stage,but in some special cases it may be missed for diagnosing,which will lead to delayed treatment.And there is a patient admitted to the 32280th Military Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army in February 2022,who was missed for chronic rupture on the ulnar branch of the ring finger extensor tendon due to various reasons.The authors of this paper now retrospectively analyze the process of medical treatment for this patient,and review and summarize relevant literature,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of similar diseases.
